Annual Dues & Budget

The 2023 Annual Assessment was $386.25, and was due March 1, 2023. Homeowners can use the Capitol Property Management (CPM) ComWeb Portal to make a payment online or to view payment history and other account information maintained by CPM.
Please follow the steps below to set up your account:
- Go to https://comwebportal.com
- Click “Register as a new user”
- Enter “Amberwoods of Great Falls HOA” as your Neighborhood Association Name
- Enter your email address
- Enter your home address
- Select your method of contact to verify the account. If the email address & phone number do not populate, enter your account number. (Contact CPM if you do not know your account number.)
Registered users can make a one-time payment through the portal via the red “Pay Now” button on the dashboard. Automatic payments can be set up via the Payment Methods tab on the left side of the screen. The fee for a one-time payment is 2.95% of the assessment, and there is no fee for recurring payments.
